Overview
Google Drive can be used as a storage for Version Control, Hybrid DAM, and Shared Content Metadata. Connecter will use a folder that the user will select to store data.
IMPORTANT: Google Drive can't be used for Web Catalogs. Google made a recent change to their policies and do not allow the use of Drive for hosting images that will be displayed on the web in third-party applications.
You can use different storage solutions for Web Catalogs. There's no problem with combining multiple storage for the different features.
Setup
The setup has two steps:
- Authenticate Connecter.
- Select the folder that will be used for storing data.
