The Shared Content Metadata feature enables a powerful search with instant results based on indexed metadata. To use the indexed search, click the icon on the right of the search field and select the "Use indexed metadata" option.
This option is enabled by default when the shared content metadata feature is enabled. The option will be disabled if the shared content metadata feature isn't enabled for the current Workspace.
