Migrate Shared to Personal Workspace

This tool allows you to migrate your Shared Workspace to Personal in a straightforward way: 

  1. Create or open your Personal Workspace. 
  2. Go to the “Tools” dropdown and select the “Migrate Workspace” option. 
  3. A dialog will open, displaying all Shared Workspaces you have. Select the one you want to migrate.

  1. When the process is finished, Connecter will restart.

Here’s what the tool transfers:

  • Folders: All root folders and subfolders, including the stared and hidden ones, and the colors applied to them. 
  • Assets: You’ll find the assets’ custom previews and descriptions available in the new Personal Workspace. Hidden and starred assets will be transferred as well.
  • Tags: You’ll have all your tags and subtags, along with the colors and icons assigned to them.
  • Dynamic Subsets: You’ll keep everything you have in these organizational entities.

NOTE: After migrating your Shared Workspace, the folders you had as hidden will be visible in the new Personal Workspace.
