To change the admin for either your team or subscription, follow these steps:
Changing Your Subscription Admin
You have two options to change the Subscription Admin:
- Update the information online:
- Go to the Design Connected Profile page.
- Update the email address associated with the subscription.
- Support Assistance:
- Contact our support team to transfer the subscription to a new email address.
NOTE: The new email (account) must already have a profile on designconnected.com.
Changing Your Team Admin
- Visit the Connecter Suite Subscriptions page and log in as a Subscription Admin.
- Click on "Edit Team".
- Enter the email and name of the new Team Admin.
- The user will receive an email invitation that has to be accepted in order to become the new admin.
