Workflow 1: Using AI Studio to Generate Aliases

Using Connecter's AI Studio workflow integration is the easiest and most fully automatic way to enrich your existing tags with aliases. It lets you generate relevant aliases for any selected tags in the available language options.

Open the Tag Aliases tool from the Tags Panel or Tag Assistant tool:

• If working on a single tag: 
  1. In the dialog, click the “Get aliases with AI Studio” button to open the “AI Studio Tag Aliases” dialog. 

  2. Choose the desired language from the dropdown.

     NOTE: You can generate aliases in multiple languages by repeating the generation process with a different language selected each time. 

  3. To proceed, review and accept the AI Studio “Terms of Use” by toggling the switch.

     NOTE: If you’ve already accepted the terms while using another AI Studio tool, the switch will be enabled automatically, as the terms apply to all AI Studio tools.

  4. To start the generation process, click the “Discover Aliases” button. 
  5. Once aliases are generated, they’ll appear in the Tag Aliases dialog. Refer to this section for available actions if any adjustments are needed.
  6. To save the generated aliases, click the “Save” button. 

• When working with multiple selected tags, the "AI Studio Tag Aliases" dialog opens directly, as managing aliases for multiple tags at once isn't supported. Then, follow the steps outlined earlier.

• (Optional) Enable “Skip this step next time and use the current language” to streamline the process by preventing the dialog from appearing in future uses. The currently selected language will be used automatically for all future generations. To change the language, go to Settings > Preferences > Tag Aliases Language.
