The balance is used exclusively for AI-based annotation processes, allowing you to keep track of costs based on actual usage.

- Low balance alerts: When your balance is low, you’ll receive a warning, allowing you to add funds before the process stops. If your balance reaches zero, the annotation will stop, and you need to add more funds and start the annotation again. The already processed assets will be skipped.
- Non-refundable: Prepaid credits are designed for flexibility and precise spending. While they’re non-refundable, you can top up only the amount you need, giving you complete control over your usage.
- Variable and estimated costs: AI processing costs are calculated based on the number of assets processed. While estimates give you a clear idea upfront, the final charges may vary slightly depending on the specifics of the annotation process. Connecter keeps you informed by allowing real-time cost monitoring.
