What is the prepaid balance used for?
The prepaid balance covers costs for AI-driven processes in AI Studio, such as the AI Annotation Scheduler, allowing you to pay only for what you use.
How do I add funds to my prepaid balance?
You can add funds from the Annotation Scheduler window, where you can use the “Add Balance” button to top up your balance. You can find the same button in several Annotation Genie’s dialogs, or you can go to the Prepaid balance page.
What happens if my balance runs out mid-process?
If your balance reaches zero during an annotation, the process will stop, and you need to add more funds and start the annotation again. The already processed assets will be skipped.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
No, prepaid credits are non-refundable, so it’s best to add only the amount you anticipate using.
Why is there a difference between estimated and actual costs?
