Choose from over 2000 custom icons organized into categories like Architecture, People, Sports, and more. Each icon includes a set of descriptive metadata labels in all available languages, making it easier to find relevant icons through search. 

The display language (set in the language dropdown) determines how categories and labels are shown, but you can search using any supported language for maximum discoverability.

Curated color palettes 

Choose from multiple curated color palettes, such as Pastel, Corals, Breeze, and more, designed to provide harmonious color coding for your tags. These palettes are optimized to ensure excellent contrast with the interface background across different contexts where tags appear.

Additionally, you can create custom colors to tailor a palette that aligns with your personal preferences.

Custom color functionality

The Custom Icons and Colors Panel includes advanced color customization options to enhance the clarity and organization of your tagging structure:

  • Creating a custom color: Click “Pick custom color” to open the color picker. Select your desired color or type in or paste a color code into the field, then click “OK” to add it as a new swatch in the panel that will be available for future use.

  • Editing a custom color: To edit an existing custom color, right-click the color swatch in the Custom Colors section and choose “Edit.” After making adjustments in the color picker, click “OK” to save the changes.
  • Removing a custom color: If you need to delete a custom color, right-click the swatch and select “Remove.” Confirm your choice in the dialog box to reset any tags and folders using that color to the default.

Applying icons and colors

To apply icons and colors:

  1. Select one or multiple tags in the Preview Panel.
  2. Click on an icon or color in the Custom Icons and Colors Panel.

TIP: Enable the “Apply to Subtags” checkbox to automatically apply the selected icon and/or color to all subtags of the selected tags.  

Language option for icons and colors

The Custom Icons and Colors Panel has a language dropdown that controls the display language for icon category names, icon labels, and color palette names. 

You can search for icons using any available language, but the labels and categories will appear in the selected display language, helping you identify and choose icons and colors effectively.
