No, once changes are saved, they can't be undone. Make sure to review your setup carefully before clicking "Save Tags."

What happens if I change the display language in the Tags and Templates Panel?

Changing the display language affects how categories, tags, and aliases appear in the Tags and Templates Panel but doesn't update tags already added to the Preview Panel.

Why can’t I move or delete some tags in the Preview Panel?

Tags that already exist in your tagging system cannot be moved or deleted in the Preview Panel. These actions are only available for tags added in Preview Mode.

Can I customize predefined tag structures?

Yes, you can rename, delete, and rearrange tags from predefined structures before saving them to your tagging system. You can also "Create New Subtags" and add and manage Tag Aliases.

What happens if I add duplicate tags in different languages?

Tags added in different languages are treated as separate entries, even if they're semantically identical.

Can I apply icons or colors to multiple tags at once?

Yes, you can assign an icon or color to multiple tags in the Preview Panel simultaneously by selecting them. To include subtags, use the Apply to Subtags checkbox.

Why doesn’t the tag order in the Tags Panel match the order in the Tag Assistant?

Changes to tag order in the Tag Assistant do not sync automatically with the Tags Panel. After saving, you'll need to manually set the same order in the Tags Panel.

What should I do if I need to adjust the granularity level?

Changing the granularity level in the Tags and Templates Panel affects only the new tags you add. Tags already in the Preview Panel remain unchanged.

Can I remove the predefined aliases included with tags?

Yes, you can edit or remove predefined aliases in the Tag Aliases feature after adding tags to the Preview Panel. You can also disable the "Include Tag Aliases" option in the Settings dropdown before adding the tag templates.

What happens if I reset all changes?

The Preview Panel will revert to the original state, discarding all modifications made in the Tag Assistant. This action doesn't affect the existing tags in your system.
