Problem setting up a self-hosted connection server

I set up a self-hosted server:

- Installation of PostgreSQL server
- Installing pgAdmin
- Database user creation
-Creation of an account on website: https://teamwork.connecterapp.com/

The problem at the stage of creating the Heroku account is that it is no longer free.

I tried to create a PostgreSQL database at OVH to be independent of my PostgreSQL database.

I still can't get the connection to work in self-hosted mode.

Have people encountered this problem?
